This page covers the one thing this website collects: the email address you give us when you ask for early access.

What we collect

Your email address, and the date and time you submitted it. Nothing else. This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts.

Why we collect it

To send you updates about GuideArk's early access, including when the Modern AI Ark opens. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We won't use your address for anything else.

Who handles it

The form is stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, on our behalf. We don't sell, rent or share your address with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until early access ends and we no longer need it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Reply to any of our emails to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll act on it within 30 days.
• If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

Changes

If we start collecting anything more, we'll update this page first and say so here.
